What is the 360° Individual Growth Assessment?

The 360° Individual Growth Assessment is a comprehensive, science-backed self-evaluation tool that measures your current level of development across all 10 spheres of human life — from your career and finances to your mental health, relationships, creativity, and sense of purpose.
Unlike one-dimensional personality quizzes, this assessment gives you a full-circle picture of who you are today and exactly where you have the most room to grow. Upon completion, you instantly receive free, customized growth roadmaps tailored to your unique gaps and strengths.

Is the 360° assessment really free? What is the catch?

Yes — completely free, with no credit card required and no paywall. The full assessment and all 10 personalized growth roadmaps are available to you at zero cost. Our mission is to make transformational self-development tools accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or budget. We believe every person deserves a clear map to their best self.

What are the steps from starting the assessment to getting my roadmaps?

The process is designed to be frictionless:

  • Step 1 — Take the assessment (10–15 minutes): Answer reflective questions across all 10 spheres of life.
  • Step 2 — Receive your 360° Growth Report: Instantly see your sphere-by-sphere scores, your top growth gaps ranked by priority, and your current strengths.
  • Step 3 — Access all 10 free roadmaps: Each roadmap is generated for your specific results and available immediately.
  • Step 4 — Execute and track: Use the built-in checklists and milestones to follow your roadmap week by week.
  • Step 5 — Retake every 90 days: Measure real progress and update your roadmaps as you grow.

Do I need to create an account to take the assessment?

You can begin the assessment immediately without an account. However, without an account, your results exist only for your current session and you either need to bookmark your result page, save the result page URL, or export the result page using available sharing options, for future reference. If you close or refresh the result page before doing so, you will lose the results.

How is this different from other personality tests or self-assessments?

Most popular assessments — MBTI, StrengthsFinder, DISC — identify who you are. The 360° Individual Growth Assessment does something different: it identifies where you are vs. where you could be across every dimension of your life, then shows you exactly how to close that gap.
Key differences at a glance
– Covers all 10 life spheres simultaneously
– Produces actionable roadmaps, not just labels
– Tracks growth over time with quarterly retakes
– Grounded in developmental psychology and habit science
– 100% free with no upsells or hidden tiers

Who is this assessment designed for?

This assessment is designed for any adult who wants to grow intentionally rather than by accident.
It is especially valuable for:

  • Anyone who has ever asked: “Why do I feel successful but still unfulfilled?”
  • Professionals feeling stuck in their careers or experiencing burnout
  • Individuals seeking better work-life balance and stress management tools
  • Anyone pursuing personal development, self-improvement, or life coaching
  • People recovering from major life transitions (career change, relationship shifts, health challenges)
  • Students and young adults building their life foundation
  • Entrepreneurs, leaders, and high-achievers who excel in one area but neglect others
  • Anyone who has ever asked: “Why do I feel successful but still unfulfilled?”

How long does the 360° assessment take to complete?

Most people complete the full 360° assessment in 10–15 minutes. The questions are designed to be clear, intuitive, and introspective — not tedious. You will answer a curated set of reflective questions across all 10 life spheres. There are no trick questions, no right or wrong answers, and you can pause and resume at any point. Your responses auto-save as you go.

What are the 10 spheres of growth measured in the assessment?

The assessment evaluates your growth across every major dimension of a fulfilling human life. Each sphere is scored independently, so you get a precise picture of exactly which areas need the most attention — and which ones are already your superpowers.

  • Lifestyle & Habits
  • Professional & Career Growth
  • Work-Life Balance
  • Mental & Emotional Health
  • Physical Health & Wellness
  • Financial Growth
  • Social & Relational Growth
  • Spiritual & Purpose-Driven Growth
  • Creative Growth
  • Intellectual Growth
What does “growth gap” mean, and how is mine identified?

A growth gap is the distance between where you currently are in a life sphere and where you have the capacity to be. The assessment maps your current attitudes, habits, and behaviors in each of the 10 spheres and compares them against evidence-based benchmarks for flourishing.
Your gaps are rated by severity and opportunity — so you always know which levers will move the needle most in your life right now.

What exactly is included in each free growth roadmap?

Each of the 10 free roadmaps is a structured, ready-to-execute plan addressing one key growth area higlighted in your assessment results. Every roadmap includes:

  • New daily and weekly routines designed to shift your attitudes, habits, and knowledge in that sphere
  • Specific improvement targets — measurable outcomes that tell you exactly what success looks like
  • A 3-month milestone checklist with clear timelines for tracking your progress week by week
  • Habit-building strategies grounded in behavioral science
  • Quarterly reflection prompts to evaluate what is working and recalibrate
You receive all 10 roadmaps simultaneously — one per sphere — so you have a complete growth blueprint from day one.
Why does personal growth need to cover all 10 spheres? Can I just focus on fewer areas?

You can absolutely focus on fewer areas — and your roadmaps will help you do that. But research in positive psychology and human development consistently shows that neglecting any major life sphere creates a drag on all the others.
Financial stress reduces emotional wellbeing. Poor physical health impairs cognitive performance. Lack of meaningful relationships dampens motivation at work. True, lasting growth is holistic. The 360° framework ensures no sphere silently undermines your progress in the ones you care most about.

For best results, limit your focus to two or three improvement roadmaps at a time based on the lowest-scoring assessment areas. Subsequently, you can switch to other growth roadmaps after meeting all the requirements in the results checklists.

Can I focus on just two or three spheres instead of all ten?

Absolutely — this is a completely valid and often recommended approach, especially for beginners. After reviewing your 360° report, you can choose to prioritize your 2–3 highest-gap spheres first and work through the others over subsequent quarters.
Each roadmap is a standalone document that works independently. Starting focused and expanding your scope as you build momentum is a well-supported behavioral strategy for long-term habit adoption.

Can I share my results or roadmaps with a coach, therapist, or mentor?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Your 360° Growth Report and all 10 roadmaps are designed to be a powerful starting point for coaching conversations. You can share a link to your report (without refreshing the page), or export your results using available sharing options.
Many life coaches, therapists, and professional mentors use the 360° assessment with their clients as a structured baseline for their work together.

How are you different from similar assessment tools?

Most assessment tools ask you to rate your life on a scale of 1–10 or bombard you with long descriptive questions — leaving you with a score but no real direction. We do things differently, in three key ways.

Smarter assessment. Our MCQ-based format is structured, science-backed, and easy to complete. Simple, well-designed questions allow us to connect the dots and build a accurate picture of where you truly stand across all 10 life spheres — without overwhelming you.

A roadmap, not just a report. Most tools stop at identifying problem areas. We go further. Once we know where you stand, we provide a personalized roadmap with easy-to-follow steps, guaranteed results, and built-in checklists to keep you on track — no matter where you’re starting from.

Zero jargon. Zero cost. We won’t burden you with research papers or theories that don’t translate into real-world results. We’ve done that work for you and distilled it into something that actually moves the needle. And we do all of this — the assessment and the roadmap — completely free.

What if I score very low in multiple spheres — is that normal?

Yes — and it is one of the most important insights the assessment provides. Most people discover they score well in 2–3 spheres they have focused on and significantly lower in 4–6 others they have neglected.
This is normal, not a failure. Low scores simply indicate where the biggest growth opportunities lie — and your roadmaps are designed to address exactly those gaps in a realistic, step-by-step way. No one begins in the thriving range across all 10 spheres. That is the whole point of the journey.

How will I know if I am actually making progress?

Progress is tracked in two ways. First, each roadmap includes a 3-month milestone checklist with specific, time-stamped checkpoints — so you always know if you are on track week by week.
Second, when you retake the assessment every 90 days, your new sphere scores are compared against your previous scores, giving you a concrete, data-driven view of your growth over time. Many users describe this before/after comparison as one of the most motivating features of the platform.

What if I fall behind on my roadmap — do I have to start over?

No. Growth is not linear, and the roadmaps are designed with flexibility in mind. Life happens — you may have a demanding month at work, a health challenge, or a family commitment that disrupts your routine.
The milestone checklists are guides, not rigid contracts. The most important thing is to return to your roadmap and pick up where you left off. Missing a week does not erase the progress you have already made. The research is clear: resuming a habit after a lapse is far more effective than abandoning it entirely.

Is there a support resource available to help me stay on track?

Our resource library includes sphere-specific articles, exercises, and expert-curated reading lists to deepen your knowledge in any area your roadmap addresses.

How long do I need to follow any given growth roadmap?

As outlined in each roadmap, the standard timeframe is three months—after which you can expect to see meaningful improvement. Furthermore, three months is the minimum time that our brain requires to rewire for new habits. However, continuous growth isn’t a short-term effort; it’s a long-term commitment. High achievers treat improvement as a lifestyle, not a deadline. We encourage you to integrate the roadmap activities into your daily routine on a regular basis to achieve lasting progress across all areas of your life.

Which of the ten growth roadmaps I need to follow?

Ideally, all of them, as there is always room for improvement. However, you should prioritize starting with the roadmaps related to the areas where your 360 Assessment scores were the lowest. You can follow 2 to 3 growth roadmaps at a time and gradually complete all of them to achieve comprehensive 360° growth.

Do I need to complete the assessment in one session?

It is recommended to be completed in one session. Otherwise, you can resume the assessment at a later time without losing the progress (as long as you haven’t deleted the browser cookies.).
